Eurosafe Ireland Chairman Paul Ellard Disqualified From Directorships After Revenue And ODCE Investigation
Eurosafe Ireland Ltd “Chairman” and safe retailer Paul Ellard with an address at Long Meadow Farm, Swords, Dublin, was recently handed a bill for tax evasion of €1,172,965.00 by the Revenue Commissioners and according to the latest ODCE report has been disqualified as a company director from September 2020 until September 2024. This came after a lengthy investigation by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE) and the Revenue Commissioners into Mr Ellard’s dealings in the safe supply business over the years.
Oddly, Paul Ellard has dissolved all of his companies except one, Eurosafe Ireland Ltd. Despite being disqualified as a company director Ellard continues to be listed by the Companies Registration Office as the company director of Eurosafe Ireland Ltd, while also being listed as “chairman” of “Eurosafe Ireland” on the Eurosafe European website.
